Mr. Freydin arrived in the United States as a refugee from the former Soviet Union in 1992 at the age of 15. His family settled in Chicago, where he attended high school, and then continued on to college at the University of Illinois where he earned a B.A. in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accounting & Taxation. He obtained his law degree from the Chicago-Kent School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to practice in the state of Illinois the same year. Mr. Freydin launched Law Offices of David Freydin in 2006 specializing in consumer rights and consumer bankruptcy law. Over the years, his firm grew to be one of the leading bankruptcy firms in the state of Illinois with four offices throughout the Chicago-land area. Throughout his career, Mr. Freydin represented consumers in more than 10,000 cases. In 2019, Mr. Freydin undertook expansion of his office into the State of Arizona, where he resides part of the year.
